Welcome to Santo Nino Health Center. These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and responsibilities of patients, clients, and users of our healthcare services. By using our services, you agree to comply with the following terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.
1. Services Provided
Santo Nino Health Center provides healthcare services, including but not limited to primary care, preventive care, pediatrics, mental health and more. Our services are offered in accordance with medical standards and applicable laws.
2. Patient Responsibilities
Patients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete medical history and personal information.
- Follow prescribed treatments and medical advice.
- Respect healthcare providers and staff.
- Make timely payments for services rendered.
3. Appointments and Cancellations
Patients must schedule appointments in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before the appointment. Repeated no-shows may result in service limitations.
4. Payment and Insurance
- Patients are responsible for payment of services not covered by insurance.
- We accept various insurance plans; however, coverage must be verified before services are provided.
- Co-payments and deductibles must be paid at the time of service.
5. Limitation of Liability
Santo Nino Health Center and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from medical treatment, except in cases of proven negligence.
6. Refusal or Termination of Services
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services in cases of:
- Abusive or inappropriate behavior towards staff.
- Non-compliance with medical recommendations.
- Repeated failure to meet financial obligations.
7. SMS compliance

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in California courts.
